A boutique agency that stays small on purpose.
I’m Usama Khan, founder of Usama Khan Digital, a boutique SEO and AI search agency for B2B brands. Seven years in organic marketing, formerly Head of Organic Growth at an Oracle partner serving Fortune 100 clients, and host of the VISIBLE podcast. I build pipeline, not traffic charts.
Every agency I worked in ran on the same math: more clients, more layers, more distance between the person who sells the work and the person who does it. Clients become account numbers. The growth the agency chases hardest is its own.
So I went out on my own. I’ve worked with startups and enterprises across four continents since, and I kept hearing the same thing: “We don’t want another agency where we’re just an account number.” They wanted someone in the trenches. Someone who understood their product, their buyers, and their market. Not a project manager forwarding briefs to junior writers.
That’s why Usama Khan Digital exists, and why it looks the way it does. A founder-led boutique practice that stays small by choice: a capped roster, a senior specialist on every account, and nobody between you and the people doing the work. When the roster is full, we say so.
I’ve worked with 30+ businesses. The focus never changes: strategy and execution that ranks content on Google, earns citations and recommendations in LLMs like ChatGPT and Perplexity, and converts that visibility into pipeline.
Outside of work, I’m usually traveling or watching cricket. But when I’m working, I’m all in.
One team, eight countries.
Boutique doesn’t mean local. We hire the best senior specialist for each craft, wherever they happen to live, and keep them for years. For you that means deeper expertise on every account.
